Sprinkle flakey salt over the surface of the chicken. Bring a heavy based pan to high heat and add olive oil then the chicken thighs. Nick’s hot tip for super crispy chicken: Add weight on top of the chicken and apply pressure - another pan will do. This ensures the chicken gets crispy while staying juicy and moist inside.
Cook for 3-4 mins until golden then flip over for 1-2 minutes until cooked through and set aside to rest.
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook ramen noodles as per instruction on the packet.
